We experienced a snapped spring on our garage door. We are in the middle of some home remodeling and ready to start a small vacation, so not an ideal time. After hearing good things about Team Taylor Doors, we made a call and set up an appointment. Trust me, I was glad I made the call. It was an easy and pleasant call setting up the appointment, and the technician that was sent was also amazing. Stephen was a delightful person. He was honest, respectful, and had exceptional manners for the current day. The repair was done quickly, and has moved more smooth and quiet since. We would not hesitate to use Team Taylor Doors again!

Fantastic. They came out and looked at my garage doors and found everything that was wrong. They also gave multiple options of repair for not only my broken door but both of them. I went with full replacement on both and they worked on it in a timely manner and the quality is just amazing. If you have any doubts trust when I say these guys are great.

After several months without a functioning garage door, I finally called Team Taylor Doors. What a great decision that was.They were recommended on the Nextdoor app by one of my neighbors. They were very professional, courteous, and completed the job very quickly. I am so happy with the work Stephen did! I would highly recommend this company if you need any garage door work.They replaced the rollers, pulleys and springs. The door works better than before! Excellent work with same-day appointments is hard to beat! The team was efficient, transparent, and kind. They even helped rebag some yard trash when the bottom of the bag broke as we were moving it in my garage. Pricing was up front and clear and the tech discussed the pros and cons of each choice. We had a great experience with Team Taylor Doors. They were very responsive to our call and able to schedule for initial consultation quickly. Stephen was our technician and did a great job. After assessing our situation, he offered 3 price options and explained each option thoroughly. He then fixed the issue right away after obtaining the appropriate equipment. He was very gracious when he had to wait on us to return from an errand that took longer than expected for payment. Overall we our extremely satisfied with the service we received and with Stephen especially!

This was our 1st time using Team Taylor Doors & it was a very good experience. Our garage door spring broke & Stephen came out, looked over the door & gave us a bid. Love love this company! From the get go, this company took the time to come and give a free consultation in person. I had a manual garage door turned into an automatic. Other companies that were suggested to me, all charged for the consultation. Anywhere from $69.99 to $99.99. I did fail to ask if that could be used towards a service, but none of them offered it up front either. Karissa, Stephen and Ryan did an awesome job answering all of my questions and installing my garage door opener. Everything works and looks flawless. No more manual!

The appointment couldn't; have gone smoother. I bought a Groupon from Team Taylor for garage door inspections. I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy the tech displayed. During the inspection he found a problem with the spring on my 2 bay garage door. I was given an estimate but no pressure whatsoever to have that work done. I decided to authorize the work and an appointment was made. Chris showed up exactly on time and set about to complete the job. He was done in less than an hour. I can't say enough good things about him. Professional, thoroughness , courteous, and practiced safe distancing and wore a mask the entire time. If I need garage door or opener work in the future, I won't hesitate to use these fine folks again. I very highly recommend them for garage door or associated work.

These guys are excellent! My garage springs broke in the morning while leaving for work and these guys were quick, responsive and professional. Even though my job required a special order they had the part installed the next morning. They even turned around and came back to help my wife get her van out of the garage while it was still stuck. Very helpful and honest. Highly recommend.

Chris came out quick, laid everything out for us and worked with us every step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted/needed.
