The torsion spring on my garage door had snapped Thursday evening. I called Team Taylor Friday shortly after 7:00 am, they came out that afternoon around 2:00 pm- replaced the springs, tuned up both of my garage doors, programmed two new remotes, and were wrapping up by 3:30 pm. Both Stephen and Tristan were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The price was very reasonable and they had all parts and remotes on hand. Not only would I call Team Taylor back, but I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

Team Taylor Doors replaced my loud three year old openers with the most amazingly quiet openers. From start to finish the installation was so neat and professionally done. When they were done they happily programmed my WiFi and door pad. I will continue yearly maintenance checkups with Team Taylor.

We experienced a snapped spring on our garage door. We are in the middle of some home remodeling and ready to start a small vacation, so not an ideal time. After hearing good things about Team Taylor Doors, we made a call and set up an appointment. Trust me, I was glad I made the call. It was an easy and pleasant call setting up the appointment, and the technician that was sent was also amazing. Stephen was a delightful person. He was honest, respectful, and had exceptional manners for the current day. The repair was done quickly, and has moved more smooth and quiet since. After several months without a functioning garage door, I finally called Team Taylor Doors. What a great decision that was.They were recommended on the Nextdoor app by one of my neighbors. We had a great experience with Team Taylor Doors. They were very responsive to our call and able to schedule for initial consultation quickly. Stephen was our technician and did a great job. After assessing our situation, he offered 3 price options and explained each option thoroughly. He then fixed the issue right away after obtaining the appropriate equipment. He was very gracious when he had to wait on us to return from an errand that took longer than expected for payment. Overall we our extremely satisfied with the service we received and with Stephen especially!

Love love this company! From the get go, this company took the time to come and give a free consultation in person. I had a manual garage door turned into an automatic. Other companies that were suggested to me, all charged for the consultation. Anywhere from $69.99 to $99.99. I did fail to ask if that could be used towards a service, but none of them offered it up front either. Karissa, Stephen and Ryan did an awesome job answering all of my questions and installing my garage door opener. Everything works and looks flawless. No more manual!
