These guys are excellent! My garage springs broke in the morning while leaving for work and these guys were quick, responsive and professional. Even though my job required a special order they had the part installed the next morning. They even turned around and came back to help my wife get her van out of the garage while it was still stuck. Very helpful and honest. Highly recommend.

Chris came out quick, laid everything out for us and worked with us every step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted/needed. Initially we were going to use a self-provided unit that ultimately did not end up working out but he worked with us to secure a new unit at a fair price. Would recommend.

What a great locally owned company! I scheduled appointment, they text me before they cam, they showed up and got the job done perfectly and timely for a fair price. I have been having issues with the control pads in both inside and outside garage door. I called Team Taylor and spoke with Karissa who was more than happy to work me into the schedule. She provided me with a date and time for my appointment and then followed up with a text message confirmation. On the day of the appointment I received a text stating my tech was scheduled and then another to inform me he was en route. Upon arrival Steven was knowledgeable, kind, patient and very courteous. He diagnosed my issue within minutes and got us scheduled for repairs once parts come in. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thank you Team Taylor for getting us squared away!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Team Taylor Doors' technician, Stephen, earlier today! He explained what he had done in performing my garage door tune-up as well as explaining some issues with the components of its operating system that could present potential issues in the future. They were great to work with. Gave us a window, but when they were running behind and knew they'd be late they called to let us know and set up a new time.
